Gambling is second nature to Slovenia. There are casinos
almost the length and breadth of The Country.
Do not mistake
the venue ofr Las Vegas though as there is a complete
culture and reason to be in Slovenia other than gambling.
Possibly Europe’s most beautiful country, Slovenia has
yachting, skiing, food and shopping besides gambling to
offer the visitor.
There are
casinos to be found in virtually every Slovenian city. This
includes Bled, Breezice, Kranjska Gora, Libica, Ljubliana,
Maribor, Nova Gorica, Otocec ob Krki, Portorose, Rogaska
Slatina and Sezana that this writer knows of keeping in the
winter season, Slovenia offers no small amount of skiing in
certain parts of the country.

Slovenia is an alpine country that like its neighbors, Italy and Austria, offers
numerous possibilities for skiing and winter sport holidays and experiences. The
winter season in Slovenia begins in December in the period before the Christmas
and New Year’s fairs and holidays and lasts until the end of March. Given

around 1,500 meters above sea level.
Slovenia’s diverse and interesting skiing areas are adapted
to the configuration of slopes from high-mountain areas over
2,000 meters above sea level to those whose altitude is only
